My name is Alesandra Bell and I'm a game designer, graphic designer and illustrator. I design at the crux of pragmatism and emotion, putting forward an earnest effort to reconcile what is wanted with what is needed in a design. My work features representations of candid thoughts and ideas, offering my sincere perceptions. The goal of what I create is to inspire interaction and participation on some level with the audience, whether that is intellectually, emotionally, or physically. My desire is that the audience takes my work with them, and in a way makes it their own through interpretation and analysis. 

I am most inspired by the power of words, where rhetoric creates meaning alongside our own connotations. I often name my pieces after phrases or single words which inform my work. Sometimes the words that inspire me are my own, as I am also a writer, but most often I find beauty in the rhetoric of others.  Words resonate with me most often in literature, music and conversation with others. However, I am also inspired by classical music, film, and photography as well. I try my best to expose myself to as much as the world has to offer, because there is so much to see.
